Both really good. The main females for different reasons are out in the entertainment industries disguised as males.  

both important people are crossdressing. One is a boy (nousatsu junkie) and the other one is a girl (teppen !!). Also both don't want to be discovered by someone else. 

Both have a very beautiful art and it's similar, both belong to the entertainment, both have love and the both protagonists have male character. 

They both have girls cross dressing as guys to become some sort of star and are surrounded by hot guys. 

Gender bender of idols. Teppen!! is only 8 chapters where a girl mistakenly becomes a male idol along with the love interest. Tenshi Ja Nai!! is a 40 chapter manga where a girl shipped to a boarding school mistakenly uncovers a male disguised as a female idol. Both have excellent and engaging art work and are completed. 

Genderbender and they are also celebrity just different occupations? they want to be Voice Actors for anime but this manga reminded me of Seiyuu ka! just shorter and both good Also both has Romance 

both have girls dressing and acting as guys for different reasons. Teppen! is shorter and easier to read while LINM has more history to follow. Both main characters develop feelings for each other. 

Just like how in Cinderella Boy there's a crossdressing girl acting as an idol, the main girl in Teppen was first mistaken as a boy. 

Both stories are about a girl dessing up as a boy and entering the enterteniment industry. For some time they also havo to share a room with a guy she hates. Romantic comedies, if you liked one you should try the other. 

Both have a girl trying to find her brother in show biz. 

both manga are about entering show business in oder to get something. in skip a beat it to get paid back, in Teppen! it to find she lose brother. both girl are clueless about love and have guy that fall in love with them. 

Both are romantic stories about girls that are involved in showbiz and hiding their true identity.  

Both are about a girl that dresses as a boy and end ups being a roommate of a guy she initially dislikes, but later she starts to befriend him and to have feelings for him.  

Both mangas are gender benders that focus on a relationship between a girl who has been mistaken for a boy and her hot co-worker in the idol/model industry. I personally find Teppen! the more enjoyable of the two. 

Well, they aren't much similar and in my opinion "Teppen!" is much better. However, both are romantic comedies where a girl moves out of her country in search for her long missing brother. 

Both concerned the entertainment industry, with Male Talent Agency. And in both, the heroine will support one of those talent to fulfil their dream and objective : to go to the top. While in "Penguin Revolution", the girl will have to cross-dress to be the talent manager ; in "Teppen !", she is mistaken for a boy and force into the same industry...
