It has nice art, but the writing is very unoriginal and tropey. The set up is yet another shoujo protagonist is made homeless due to a sudden emergency, so she ends up living secretly in some place where she comes in frequent contact with hot boys she wouldn't normally interact with.

This manga is like your typical shoujo manga. Yes, it does have some things that made it different but it's mostly the same. I personally think it wasn't that bad though.
This manga is about a girl who was forced to temporarily move out of her dorm due to some sudden emergency. She meets someone who leads her to a different dorm where she shouldn't be and meets the main lead who keeps her secret if she kept his secret.
