This is... Bad. Very bad. Poor story, execution and art and one of the worst manga I have read in a while. Oh did I mention explicit fan service of children.

Story - 1
The basic concept might have had weight if written by... Anyone else. An us vs them and child soldiers OK. But it's dished out by exposition, explaining things in very silly manners. It's just set dressing to get literal children naked.

Art - 1
Boring, flat, poor direction. This combined with it's amateur quality gives it it's low score. I thought about giving it a 2 for it's robots, which have at least some design ...

If you like mechs and child army plots, maybe you will be able to look past the awful pandering premise to get something meaningful out of the story and its art. Personally, I would have to say this one isn't worth a look. There are far better series out there that deliver on that premise much better. This one is barely glorified porn.

The lore of the world has the potential to be interesting, but it's ultimately insignificant in the long run. The characters are one-note, the exposition carries no weight and feels more like a bad joke, and each chapter is a poorly set up ...
