They're both about a Blacksmith as the main character meeting a bunch of women and going on adventures. Seiken no Blacksmith is very similar in most regards except the story is better paced with the similar characters, and the art is better, but not dissimilar.

Both manga are about a situation where the MC gets isekai'd into the world of an otome game (for girl's version of a galge) as a mob/side character. As these are based off of the otome game category, the characters follow the same classic tropes: A innocent cutsie, supple chested heroine from the country who is destined to be courted by the prince and other high-spec boys. The natural antagonist fiancee of the prince from a high ranking family, who turns out to be quite cute. Botsuraku is more of a comedy while Otome Game Sekai has more of a real plot, but both are a pretty enjoyable read.  read more 

Both set in fantasy-like worlds. "Botsuraku Yotei nano de, Kaji Shokunin wo Mezasu" is a stuck-in-a-otome-game manga with a male MC. "Yasei no Last Boss ga Arawareta!: Kokuyoku no Haou" is about a guy getting stuck in a game is his OP female character.
