These are both Manga Both are similar in that in both a male are summoned to an otherworldly country. Both take on political work. However, in Risou he is not a king but a prince consort in a currently monogamous marriage with the queen of that country. In Genjitsu the main protaganist becomes the king and there seems to be plans early on to have multiple wives. Both are good (in my opinion of what I have read), with more focus on the marriage part in Risou.

These are not very similar, however they have similarities. - In both the female is a ruler - In both the male lead is a commoner - Both are aiming for romance. In Risou no Himo Seikatsu it's an isekai with court setting with MC taken in as a consort, where some of the focus is their romantic relationship. In Palace Meidi it's historical also with court setting with MC as a servant.

Both titles are "irregular" isekai stories that have a lot of delicate diplomacy and politics with a dash of romance. The power balances between the characters are well kept. The MCs do not have "gifts" that allows them to brute force through predicaments but rather rely on knowledge and negotiations to solve their problems.

While Realist hero is a harem, both stories revolve around ruling kingdoms and dealing with both the political and cultural issues of the kingdoms. Realist hero is a more light-heart series compared to Risou, though they both encompass the struggle of middle ages politics.

Only similarity b/w them is that both these manga treat women with respect. They are not just to satisfy male mc. They have their own role in the story and both are isekai with magic. Other than that, they are totally different.

Both have similiar theme: politics & isekai Both have almost similir objective, develop their city/country

Both manga are kingdom builders with interesting twists. Tearmoon is a bit more pure while Risou no Himo Seikatsu has some ecchi elements- but you'll forgive them because dude really loves his wife.

Average guy from Japan (they also have similar appearances) end up traveling to another world and have the chance to introduce Earth's technology/items to the isekai. Both are very similar in that the MC ends up in charge of development of the country that he ends up being originally transported to.

MC gets isekaid (albeit different circumstances) and immediately is under the control of a female lead (willingly in both scenarios). Both maintain romantic/sexual relationships and the MC uses their cheats/Earth knowledge to help the female lead.

The two stories have very strong female leads, both female characters get into a very intimate relationhip with the main male lead of the story. There relationship gets strong and stronger as they fight through their respective situations. Both manga's have amazing show of artwork on how attractive the female characters are.

Both manga have protagonists that travel to another world or the past and use their modern knowledge to improve things. Sengoku is focused on agriculture more than politics, whereas Risou is more about fantasy politics and kingdom building.
