Both young magic teachers, in a crazy school slowly gaining apprentices! Though Negima is a bit more risque it has an interesting similarity.  

Both stories are about a male MC that was/is an ex-assanin/assasin that trains their weak but talented student(s), so most of the time we see the characters train to become stronger for their own beliefs . The villains or side characters are mostly idiotic and prideful nobles that see themselves about the others. Both male MCs are most of the time hiding their true streght and emotions, until their switch is flipped.  

Both are set in a fantasy world. "World Teacher: Isekaishiki Kyouiku Agent" is a reincarnation manga. "Koushaku Reijou no Tashinami" is about a girl getting reborn into an Otome Game as the villianess and avoids her fate and uses her old world knowledge to better the land her father hands to her. 

In both manga, the protagonist is a one of the best teacher to have and the main female character regret making him feel unwanted. If you like magic and fantasy read both if you haven't read one of them yet 

A talent among talents, and from there, grew even further with endless possibilities ever since they were young. Protagonists don't show off their overwhelming power and knowledge, and only abuse their power when necessary to threaten or protect their surroundings. Protagonists help those who deserve it, and ignore those who he deems one with despicable personalities or have ulterior motives. Many petty antagonists appear as small obstacles along the protagonist's journey.  

Both Manga have a powerful instructor but his skills doesn't match his look that is because both of these strong Teacher/Master they actually look like children but don't let there looks fool you these are well train instructor in World Teacher he was reincarnated but in Gun x Clover he was trained. I hardly recommend both manga if you like OP children instructor  

Protagonists reincarnate with their memories intact, full of regrets in their previous life. During this second life of theirs, they pledge to live their life to the fullest.
