On the verge of peace between two major factions, a demon appears, kills the lords involved, and then erects an impenetrable magic shield. The newly graduated mage Shiruka is on her way to be bound to serve a lord she doesn't know when she is attacked. (That's just the first few pages so I don't consider this a spoiler.)
One thing that the synopsis above doesn't mention is that this manga, while deadly serious overall, has some moments that are truly funny. Frankly I'm tired of all the depressing, dark, demented stories out there.

I liked Grancrest Senki almost chapter 27
First to All: You just can't comparate this with Anime which is narrate too fast, skip all the development story and u can't feel anything or understand what is happening. Story: it's a genere re-used by some autors but, this has a good development, going slow and clear, you'll know what is the autor trying to show you. Characters: the MCs are good, not Op, they do use their brain not like in anime, secundaries take too much relevance some many times. Enjoyment: i found this pretty enjoyable and fun, it's not for all kind of people but keeps me waiting for every ... |
