I don't think that it's possible to know it, though. Fukumoto will probably give some hints in the next chapter, or something like that. |
| I'm worried this is a riddle that made more sense in Japanese and will be kind of weird when translated to English. But I'd like to be proved wrong. |
| I think one of the strengths of Zero is how well it was set up. It is a simple premise, bring together a bunch of strangers, throw them into an amusement park of unique gambles, and see what happens. But it was done exceptionally quick and well, the important parties were established while feeling organic and real. Rather than the story feeling like it is bending to their actions, it feels like the people are naturally acting around this park and we'll obviously see them sometimes. As for those two Yakuza, I think we only now learned the long-hairs name, Itakura, whereas glasses-kun has only been called boss. We don't even know who that white-haired emo was but they clearly left an impression. And I think that's really cool. It's like setting up a bunch of pieces and letting them go wild. |
