| A lot of Japanese humor is contrived in a matter of seconds. They use a lot of one-liners and it's hard to get across to an American audience. Even with subtitles, some Japanese jokes simply will never pass over to an American audience. Watching things raw, in their original language, is how most comedy anime works. I wouldn't blame anyone for dropping it, but it is fairly funny. |

It may be funny to some, while not very much to others. I personally loved this and hope someone picks up the translation of the manga. |
