So from what i understand based on the last episode is that Atsushi retured Ryousuke's body back to Ryousuke and went back to his old "lifestyle". While in the main time Ryousuke and Rokka got married and lived happily after.........So what really happen to Atsushi? Is he going to stay in the ghost form forever?

Doesn't it look like he's going to heaven in the last scenes? I think that is kinda obvious.. Oo
After Hazuki and Rokka are both dead he has no reason to stay on earth anymore, anyway as those two were his last bond. His sister already coped with his dead long, long time ago.

Wether he gave Hazuki's body back or not however is another thing open to discussion.
Even though I find it unbeliveable to say that he did not there are things that would suggest it as well as things that are contradictory to it. Therefore as you mentioned him going back to his "old lifestyle" while Hazuki and Rokka are married is rather debatable, imo.

You mean that black haired lady in front of that gray haired in the flower shop?
Yes, that is most likely Hazuki and Rokka's daughter. (The gray haired one is Shimao's sister, btw)
And that brown haired kid is the child of that black haired one, so it's the grandchild of Hazuki/Rokka.

In my opinion the reason that he was still hanging around at the very end in his ghost form is because he wanted the grandchild to get rid of his stuff once and for all.

And I'm pretty sure he gave back his body btw, because it's quite clear that at the end before the time skip that was definitely Hazuki talking to Rokka. Even the expressions on their pictures after the time skip was clearly Hazuki in his I don't give a crap face.

The late husband made his peace at the very end, he accepted that he was the one hurting Rokka by not letting her move on with her life.

And that "Can you call me Grandpa just once?" line, my opinion on that is simple. He couldn't have kids with Rokka, and since Rokka was the child's grandma, and he was married to Rokka once, this was as close to being a grandpa as he was going to get.

Seriously, if someone's asking, then it means it wasn't obvious for him/her. God, some people just can't be polite.

Well I think that's something very obvious. Of course it was Hazuki at the end.

I love the irony in your response. :D
But do you mean I am not allowed to say that I think it's obvious? I even ask a question underlining my way of thinking.
People often times overlook things, so this is something that could have been overlooked.
And clearly, that is what I am or rather was thinking back then when I wrote that response.
There's nothing impolite other than your implications.

(This notification thingy is pretty neat. :)

Not really since some people still speculate otherwise, obvious for some not so for all.

It was obviously Hazuki who got his body back.  Just like obviously we are talking about an anime.

Before the timeskip we can even see Shimao in his ghost body again in the forest.

What is not obvious: The dark haired girl may be fruit of that intercourse Shimao (in Hazuki body) and her mother did in the inn.

She was already pregnant after that.

It explains why Shimao wanted the kid to call him grandpa.
