| Actually depends on this one AW has that special zone are where you can just chill there and fight for your life lmao. Although SAO would be nice, I wouldn't mind being stuck in a world where it's like a large battle royale, i've spent at least 5 years of gameplay days just playing games... :| Why not? SAO, has a variety of places to live in :) |

| Well SAO and AW are linked as you know, because of SAO there is AW and there are always referrings to it in the Light Novel. It would be nice to be in SAO but AW has more "realistic graphics" and "more stuff" to do. Then then then.. Of course SAO :D |

| I watched my first episode of Accel World last night. It was nothing that outstanding but it did make me think about how much further this gaming system is from the SAO world. I also been reading some of the comments here about if there is a possibility that these two "worlds" are somehow related. IMO, I say yes. Now remember, this is just speculation and I can't read the writer's mind. SAO started in 2022 and AW was 2046. I don't see it much of stretch to see Kuroyukihime as being the child of Kirito and Asuna. Given how in-depth Kuroyukihime knows the AW and coinidentally Kirito was helping develop game worlds (in the later VNs). This AW could be one of his inventions. It's just fun to think it's possible. |

| Well, both are almost essentially the same. The only difference is the advances in technology between the two stories. While I think the technology used in Accel World is awesome, I think it's very risky as the anime has shown us. Due to that fact, I would rather just stick to the games. Thus, I'd say I would rather be in SAO. Besides, I'll still be "young" around that time. When it reaches the time period of Accel World, I'll be a bit old for it. I probably will still play but I would really like the advances of technology. Hackers can get into anything. If there's something that connects to our body through the use of technology, I would HATE to think that someone could mess with me through remote control. |

| Anime-wise, Sword Art Online all the way. I wasn't too engaged with Accel World until the end, where Nomi showed up. Whereas I was hooked with Sword Art Online since the beginning. I even started reading the Light Novel! (I never read Light Novels/Mangas so this was special). Although, it still was a great anime for me. I really enjoyed it. Game-wise, this would be a really close match but I think Burst Link would be better for me. Sword Art Online... Well, if you die in the game, you're dead in real life. I suck at games, so... I won't take my chances. Unless I meet a cute girl, and begin to love there. That'll be different. Hehe :3 |

| Accel World is just Sword Art Online 20 years in the future. And anyways, while Sword Art Online's rpg is fun and all, Accel World has more advantages. For one thing, you have Burst Link, which accelerates your thoughts by 1000 times. 1.8 seconds turns into 30 minutes. Need to ace an exam? Burst Link... And then there's Unlimited Field... One day in the real world equals 3 whole years there. You can basically live there if you want. Without care for time or endangering yourself in the real world. Lots of advantages. The only disadvantage is if you lose all your Burst Points you lose the ability to Burst Link. Just play smart. Also there's no need to carry a helmet or glasses with you, the thing is small and portable. You can burst link anywhere you please. And Unlimited Field stretches infinitely. I'll have to choose Accel World, in that time isn't a factor anymore when you want to play. But then there's SAO's Underworld which is pretty much the same thing. Oh well... |
