If you guys don't know what the general election is..it's an event where fans vote for the top AKB girls to represent the group, since there's way too many to know who to promote at one time. It gave the fandom alot of amazing moments..and some lulzy ones..It was originally a small event but grew to the size that even Google streamed in english, and many major national TV stations start airing it. The last election got a 18% rating with the highest at 24% So it will be mostly slice of life and music like Idolmaster, should pan out well. |
