| Momoe is vastly improving. Technique does matter in cooking, which is personally why I don't like to rigorously follow it too much. Like on the Barbecue cooking shows, the judges want to be able to bite into the rib and it holds the firmness. I was taught that the best ribs are ones that fall off the bone. I never did prefer the finest restaurants. I've always liked home cooking a lot better. Though in Momoe's case, as an inspiring chef, she had to learn the techniques, and I'm happy that she's learning. Momoe is growing and maturing as a person and as a chef. |
