That granny has one foul mind on her, LOL.

This is looking good. Maybe the advantage will be so much in their favor that the cowardice of the men won't come out too strong. I specifically adored Kurosawa's decision to paint the tips of the spears black so they would blend in with the night and Ono's training. I was going to laugh that Ono's training was just getting them to fight but it's really purely confidence training. They will learn first hand the advantage they hold! That's awesome. We also got little hints at the parts Kurosawa is keeping as a surprise like what I think are pitfalls and maybe something to trip them, as well as tunneling them into less entrances. This is looking better and better!

I think I mentioned Kurosawa doing this because of his value of responsibility, it wasn't like he's doing it to be praised as a hero this time, at least not as openly as he was when he agreed to help the restaurant anyways. I think that's true still, we saw it when Takashi was going to fight with a knife too! However, I think these are the moments Kurosawa feels the most alive, and unlike other Fukumoto characters who may dangerously chase that kind of feeling, I think Kurosawa is happy putting his life into things like this when they come up. :)

I was wondering if Nakane would know the gang, so it's cool to find out that he does and that Kurosawa has some secret insider info he could use to blackmail this Miki Ryouchi!

Lastly, that old lady is adorable. Fukumoto knows how to make weird old but adorable people.
