| There's no doubt in my mind that Kurosawa just came fully dressed in armor. Lol! It's like him to take such a drunken idea of the samurai trying to survive by copying them literally. As for that, I think Fukumoto is starting to ground the idea of fighting with your all to live more. It's no longer to be a samurai charging in for your death and treating every instance with your all, willing to die for it. But instead, to give your all while still trying to survive to the best you can. Live(give your all/feel alive/be true to yourself), but don't forgo surviving at the same time, for you can't do that, not even if your ideals are as strong as Nakane who was about to crack. And, to be true to himself Nakane wouldn't call for help and Kurosawa knows that, so unlike his coworkers who almost refused to even watch his fight, Kurosawa is taking on Nakane's for him!!! Or something like that, ha. It's quite sad that Nakane's bullies are bullying him for putting them down and taking the girls they wanted, it's such a small gesture that made them hate him, just like how Kurosawa making Nakane's gang feel small turned into them hating him and wanting to torture and extort him too. It's a theme we're seeing.. Also, I didn't laugh at the puke until the final one after he took in his drunk wisdom and puked at the feet of the samurai, but when I did it was really funny to me. |
