| I think the teeth pulling was the most gruesome thing we've seen in Zero so far. I didn't expect it, and for that, it had a strong effect. Yeah, we saw Jack the Cutter's finger collection if I recall, but I don't think we saw something this immediately gruesome. That's not even talking about her bizarre zebra butlers. And, I know that Zero isn't Kaiji.. but I can't help but feel I will be disappointed if he doesn't even lose one single tooth. It feels far more likely this time around… and we've already seen it being done! I also don't mean to get excited too early, but I can't help but love the energy emitted by Zero, Suezaki, and Itakura. Suezaki and Itakura were my favorite constant in Zero part 1, and I have come around to enjoy Zero as a character more, seeing him in the light I mentioned for chapter 11. What I mean to say is that I am happy with this main cast, they give me serotonin by simply standing together and having a higher dose of the boys I like could very well mean this part is much more suited for me. |
