| According to Comic Natalie, the DVD of Hayate no Gotoku! Heaven Is a Place on Earth will be released on December 16th. It will be bundled with the 31st volume of the manga. | Where's my Blu-ray? Won't they sell more if they release it on both DVD and BD? I don't understand why only the DVD sells counts for whether they are going to make a 3rd season or not, the sales in the theater should also count. I still have to finish the 2nd season anyway. |

| Interesting. This may be a little off topic, but is there any news about the other movies that aired this summer, mainly Sora no Otoshimono or Negima? They aired at the same time/ before the Hayate movie, yet news of their release hasn't been released yet. Also, anyone know what the box offices sales were like? For any of the movies? |

Discs bundled with manga/novels/CDs are still exclusively (or damn near so, maybe there's one or two exceptions) DVD for some reason. BD may be dominating the anime market in Japan but the industry hasn't come around to packaging BDs in with "giveaways". I guess it's partly to keep up the impression that BD is a bit more of a luxury item rather than the norm; because if it's the norm why are BDs ¥1000+ more on average? So yeah, might be a little while before we finally see the industry make that jump. It's still kinda weird to give away a movie with a manga volume, usually it's only done with OVAs and specials. I assume that a few weeks after that certain manga volume is released they will make an announcement for the non-bundled DVD and separate BD, that would at least make more manga sales. |

Even Hayate knows the age difference. |
| They'd all technically be illegal if we go by Western standards. Even Maria is under 18. By Japanese standards though? Nagi is legal, since the national age of consent is 13 there. |

Does that actually mean that it counts only for people above the age of 18 asking a person under the age of 18, or also for two people of 14 for example (if the law allows it, not that anyone gives a fuck about those rules, but that's another story). |

| Indeed, I love them the most of all characters in Hayate no Gotoku, but all other characters have awesome features themselves too, that's what makes this show so awesome. I still have to watch the 2nd season though, maybe around Christmas, when I have some time again. |
