Part of me wonders why they didn't put this story in before the roses graduated, but that is all forgiven when I realize how freaking great these last few episodes have been.

White Rose family = the socially awkward people :p Shimako's perfect for Sei since she's someone Sei needs but doesn't desire (unlike Shiori).

Imagine if Sei took Yumi instead...poor Yumi will be abused until Sei graduates lol.

Why are all these episodes so darn cute?

I like Sei's oneesama. "I like your face, so stay by my side."

So the first half of the episode showed the flashback from Shimako's point of view, and then it went to Sei's point of view.

So Shimako is Rosa Gigantea now. I wonder who will be her little sister. Will it be a character similar to Sei's personality or will it be one similar to herself. One that is direct and open minded, able to express herself and let others know what's on her mind. That was very direct of Shimako when she said to Sei in the Rose Mansion that she'd decline being her sister if Sei's reason for Shimako helping around was for that.

Well, Sei once again saying some questionable and hurting stuff to others, because she's not thinking or thinking about her own stuff.. Well, a bit unfortunate Shimako got her as a sister.. But it also worked out in the end?.. Who knows.. As Shimako is kind of unsure in herself person in the end.. Like not being sure, if she should be "older" sister to someone.. It is in part due to how Sei treated Shimako, really.. Their relationship certainly is something.. I can't say I like or dislike it.. I think things somehow worked out in the end.. But also some problems arose.. Which you can deal with, though - it's not end of the world.. But also they are there.. But that's how it feels to me personally..
New girls next episode.. I wonder if we'll get something about Shimako and her potential "younger" sister.. Not necessary in next episode, just wonder..

So, we got to witness how Sei and Shimako first met. They were an interesting match.

The Rosary was not depicted in most of the anime, such as 14:29 in this episode.
However, it is interesting to assume that S. Rosa Gigantea wore the Rosary around the neck, so did Sei in her second year. But on the start of her third year, under the cherry tree, as she made up her mind to become Rosa Gigantea, she started to wear the Rosary around her right wrist. This was then passed down to Shimako.
She claimed that wearing the Rosary around her wrist was for convenience, but I would like to think that this was because Sei wanted to remind herself of S. Rosa Gigantea and her second year at Lillian Academy. (The belt of the Rosary was intricately decorated with pearls and stones. I can't imagine how wearing such an exquisite item around the right wrist was convenient for right-handed Sei)
