DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Hard to find good things to say about the visual part (the colors and lighting effects do look nice but the overall rendering is mostly bad due to the lack of budget) but the stories are really well-written and the characters still awesome. | I felt it got a bit preachy at the end, with the whole 'the hostages are fertilized eggs! Things that don't even have the beginnings of limbs are people too!' Felt like it was a clear example of an Author Filibuster, tho at least it didn't last too long. Wish the animation quality was better, if they're gonna make us wait a month for each episode they could at least have spent more time on the shading. Dunnan seemed a lot cuter and, I dunno, more 'feminine' this episode. Maybe it was just her being whiny, lol. Intriguing story tho. 3/5 |

| The visuals are a bit weird indeed, but I thought the same about Ex Machina when i first saw it. It's weird, but it's not *that* bad. |
| Again, budget issues. I would have preferred if they kept standard anime style though.... The story is slowly unfolding but the characterization so far is rather weak. |

| Wow, WTF Deunan is kinda annoying lol -_-" I pegged her for 2x years old but she acts like a teenager :S Agree with the animation complaints, sometimes it runs REALLY choppily, although I thought the fight scene was all right. How the heck do you fly and land a plane without any engines?! O_O Bioroids are humans with altered DNA it seems, and they managed to "save" them ... the Human Liberation Front think they are better than the robots and stuff, I still don't really get what Poseidon and Eden and Olympus are though X_X Olympus is the city they're living in I think? :S |

| Again, the action was decent... but there is nothing else decent about this. The storytelling is dismal to non-existant. I have no reason to care what happens next. I'll be dropping this one. |
