Aw man, the last episode I can watch with the English dub. :( I'm gonna miss it.

Two Zonders. Hoh.

I don't see how an ice cream man or train conductor could have anything to do with supersonic waves... huh?

Aw shit, Mic still has the same voice even when bigger. :/ Oh, I guess it may not be as high.

YES, DESTROYING ZONDERS WITH THE OPENING THEME! GAOGAIGAR.

WTF AM I EVEN WATCHING ANYMORE?! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL

Man, this is epic in the strangest ways. I don't know what to think anymore. XD

Best episode so far ,I liked it because it wasn't a regular one ( Zonder appears and somehow GaoGairGar defeats him )

Pretty awesome episode! I loved Mic Sounders the Rock N Roll Robo! I like this true form way better than his kid-friendly version. GA GA GA, GA GA GA GA GAO-GAI-GAR! I actually liked his Power-Up song pretty well, I hope we see that and more musical selections from Mic.

Come to think of it, a few episodes ago there was a whole squad of Rock n Roll Robots ... guess he must have been the 13th one manufactured. Kickass!

That was a pretty daunting fight with the two Zonders attacking in concert and using ultrasound waves to boil the 'blood' inside of the robots.

And the narrator goes ahead and spoils for us that Mic's ultimate disc can wipe out all of mankind ... "Though none of us know that yet." Well we do now! Thanks for the spoilers, Narrator-san.

One of the best episodes yet, Mic has redeemed himself.

First episode I thought was amazing throughout because so far the first half was pretty mediocre/meh but glad this second half started out awesome. Pretty damn hype episode overall. Also curious what Dr Liger is up to.

Maybe some progression finally happening now.

Power of Rock. It's so silly that it works for this anime. Given the power up transformation scenes, this actually makes sense.

Okay, my observations: I'm halfway through this anime, and I still don't get why that Final Fusion button glass has to be smashed every single time. It seems annoying to replace and potentially painful to have to continuously smash with your hand. Also, over the course of the series, there has been at least two recap sessions, which given how long and repetitive the anime gets, I actually appreciated, just to make sure I stayed on track for what's been going on. The nice sakuga scenes are kinda givens, as they're stock footage of really well-animated clips, and I like how everything is made of explosions and adrenaline-fueled yelling, but it does leave a lot to be desired. There have been a few instances thus far where the formula had varied a bit, for where previous patterns of attack for our heroes didn't work out. It got close when Guy was nearly killed a few times, but with new tools to work with, the heroes had new patterns to latch onto.

Before starting, I didn't know too much about this anime, aside from GaoGaiGar Final being notable for some reason, but thus far, while I'm liking how it treats its super mechas somewhat realistically as far as docking, cleaning, housing, and performing other kinds maintenance, it did leave me worried that the repetition of monster-of-the-week would begin to wear on me. Again, there have been some variation, but going into the second half of the series, it makes me wonder what else could happen that would earn GaoGaiGar its reputation for being a sort of predecessor to Gurren Lagann.

This show is so good I wish it had full dub and had been aired on Toonami when I was a kid.

I know it would have been one favorites back then, so far it seems to have everything I would have loved back then.

"Here's this funny music robot guy, by the way he could exterminate the human race if he wanted to."

What a good show.
