WTF was that? I almost feel bad for Fyana and the three others. I don't know what Chirico's thinking but it seems Rochina had stowed away with the mothership to put a wrinkle on his plan.

OK, I'll just come out and say it: THIS ARC IS GARBAGE!!

This is getting a little out of hand in its ridiculousness. There was no information on Quaint for 3,000 years and, suddenly, all secrets are unveiled in an instant by reading history books. Doesn't that mean that the information was there all along? And now the Balarant and Gilgamesh join forces to kill Chirico and gain Wiseman's powers, thus presenting themselves as "the last boss". It's all so convenient.

Besides that, the producers are still helpless in transmitting that excitement we got used to on the previous arcs. Everything is just so bland.

This last ending arc is a bit of a misfire. Votoms was at it's best when it was primitive and nitty gritty. All this Chirico as the supreme being nonsense is not very good storytelling.

I myself absolutely love where this show has gone. I did not expect it to go in this direction at all. I do agree the bit about the history of Quaint suddenly being compiled after being lost for 3,000 years was a bit dumb though.

What the hell is Chirico doing?

This Anime has really gone downhill. Is there still a chance that it could end well?

For the last five or six episodes the entire series feels like it's a completely different anime than what we saw in Uudoo and Kummen. I don't dislike where it is going but it just feels weird and forced.

Yeah, but it's just so sudden that I can't really appreciate this decision of shifting its style. It can work as shock value, since it's not an outcome that the viewer is thinking of, but it does not work well.
