How to watch this (order).

Well I've watched xxxHolic, then Kei, and the movie. I've never watched Tsubasa Chronicles, and as far as I see there are to Tsubasa's OVA's together with this project, should I watch Tsubasa before watching these xxxHolic OVAs or what?

You don't have to watch Tsubasa to understand xxholic main storyline. In fact I'd say that watching/reading xxHolic before Tsubasa will make Tsubasa more understandable.

You all need to watch Nami.
