What do you think of the series?
| Spoilers may be included in this thread. Read the contents at your own risk. Just post your opinion or impression about the series.  This series is a serious mystery that is rare in manga. No action, no comedy, no romance. The protagonist is 21 years old girl. Her father is an ex-policeman and was killed and the son of a murderer he arrested before was arrested as the culprit. After his death, she receives a letter from her deceased father. "If I was killed and one of the persons in the following list is arrested, he is innocent." The arrested man is in the list. The art style falls in josei (ladies). The art skill is under par, but it's not a big problem. As I don't like mystery including novel at all, apparently, this is not my cup of tea. But I strongly recommend this series to eager mystery fans. Incidentally, the series was adapted as a live-action TV drama series and just finished its airing. The main reason I made this thread is to introduce the theme song of the drama. As the visual of the video is kind of anime-ish, I submitted it as a music video to MAL's DB, but the submission was denied. You can listen to it on Youtube. It's a good song with a passionate singing. I heard the song on the radio, search for the song on Youtube, knew there is a live-action drama that is based on a manga, and you are here in this thread. I hope you like it as well. notes : English lyrics can be displayed by turning on "Closed Caption" function. and the video may not be watched in Rusia and Belarus. | honestly all I can say is, it's been a while since a mystery anime/manga has got me so excited. I'm loving it so far. Just wish that we didn't have to wait this long for a chapter. |
