| Thank God Uka is back. She belongs in this school and it's a second home to her now. Unfortunately, it seems Uka got involved with some shady people this episode. She just wanted to know more about Kai and thankfully, he was at the right place at the right time to save her. I think Uka needs to be more careful.. |

| Kai has his secrets and it seems he is hanging out with some dangerous people. But it seems his feelings for Uka are clear even even he doesn't show much of them. It does seem there are some jealous girls around tho. |

| The teacher really just singlehandedly roasted his entire class with a single remark about Kai lmao. It's nice to see Uka use the stubborness instilled in her by Kai himself to make him seem less of an enigma to her. |

| Okay immediately this episode just keeps making my thoughts about Kai do backflips. I really don’t understand him at all. I’m still hanging on and don’t think he’s a bad person but I can 100% say he works with some horrible people which may be dragging him down. Like seriously what disgusting piece of trash tries to push a young girl into a car to take advantage of her. Kai definitely works with some absolute pieces of trash. Idk why he’s working there to begin with though. Like surly he could find a nicer environment to be in. Perhaps he wants to rebel from his parents, maybe it pays well, or hell maybe he just likes the place. Like genuinely I don’t understand Kai at all. Or honestly the guy with black hair I don’t understand much either honestly he’s just as much of an enigma. I seriously hope we get some confirmation on how Kai thinks soon because there isn’t many episodes left. Like all we got from this episode is that Kai’s reason for being sleepy is he has a job. |

| Uka is back in school, as she should be. She's welcomed back by everyone, even though she technically arrived before everyone else.. a decent bow is put around the schooling issue for the time being. Kai seems to be in the hosting career, most likely to take care of bills that have been piling up due to family trouble. <-- An entire guess, if i'm right.. i'll be overly joyed. Kai seems to be in something deep that could get himself, and the ones around him, hurt. He's very guarded about, and literally guarded, this job of his. If I had to take a guess, he's a host. Host jobs are very risky jobs, as the problems of stalking are immense. If he is a host, then it would explain why he's constantly sleeping somewhere. He's working long nights, then going to school.. getting very little sleep in-between. However; even if he is a host, it wouldn't be enough for it to warrant that type of reaction he gave Uka the second he figured out she was in trouble. I have a feeling his job is connected to some form of Yakuza situation.. again, more speculation.. don't mind it. Kai showed genuine care for Uka, and Uka got to see a side that no one, not even Serena, has seen. That is massive plot progression. It seems the next few episodes, perhaps the last episodes of this season will be focused around Kai and the situation he's in. We got to see Serena again! I thought she was written off entirely, glad to see that she's around still. |

| The previous episode was a lot better. I understand that Kai apparently is trying to keep Uka away from him due to the shady gang he hangs out with at night, but i just don't see how realistic it is for THE WHOLE CLASS (INCLUDING THE DAMN TEACHER) to be THAT INTERESTED in ANYTHING Kai does, especially that one scene where the teacher told 'em "yes, i treat him better than y'all cuz he a one damn pretty lookin' boi", seriously? It ain't like he's royalty, or a rich a$$ boy, he's just handsome. Never knew that was enough for the WHOLE CLASS to keep asking you questions about your own life, and if you don't give answers, they're saddened? I mean, yes, i get he's the closest with Satoru & Ayumi, but so what if he didn't tell you he had a "part-time job"? Which ain't even that big of a detail? And the fact that this girl who just shouted at Uka cuz she got taken a picture of in the streets from someone, hell she's a victim of being taken a picture of without her consent, and you just care about her relationship with Kai? How's that even any of your business? Dunno, this episode just seemed a bit realistic for me, personally, so it's the first episode for this show that i'm actually giving a proud 2/5. Still excited to know how this would conclude though. |
| Uka being back at school and seeing how happy her friends and classmates are to see her return, including her teacher, was a nice moment of this episode. It shows just how much everyone cares for Uka, which is nice. =) However, Kai still remains a bit of a mystery in terms of his life outside of school, even to those close to him. Thanks to Uka snooping about and getting caught in trouble in the process, we know that Kai has a part-time job, which does have him hang around with other guys who are a little suspicious in terms of their behaviour, so I'm glad he went to rescue Uka from her predicament. It does make me more curious about his family situation since he works part-time. Maybe that'll be answered next time after Uka's stubbornness was able to convince him to open up to her more. |
| Very cute episode, Kai allowing Uka to "enter" his heart was really nice, maybe in these last episodes we'll know a bit more about him and his situation, why he's working etc |

| Situation with dad is solved, new problem with Kai has begun lol, but we’re nearing the end of the show so it makes sense, the amount Kai sleeps in school has seemed odd so I’m glad it’s getting addressed. Like someone else here said, I’m also thinking he’s a host at a host club, but idk it does look quite shady with the way those dudes treated Uka, it’s definitely not as simple as Kai just having a night job. Uka’s bullies seemed to have an idea about it tho, and apparently Takamine is worse? Damn what kind of badass is he secretly lol. But I’m glad Uka isn’t letting Kai push her away, he’s been with her all this time, she can’t simply let this go, yeah it is prying a bit but I feel like this is something Uka needs to know at least, and I respect that she’s pushing for it herself with the stubborn nature Kai himself said she had. |
| Now it's up to Uka to find out more about Kai and support him, as it seems his whole life is a mystery and not a good one. Miura's job looks like that of a receptionist, but she gave the impression of being in a hostess-type establishment, almost like a place where extra "services" could be requested, especially with the way those men acted towards Uka. I was very worried about her, but luckily Kai came to the rescue. |
