Differences between anime and manga (Also what chapter to continue after the anime)

The anime cover chapters 1-31, with some pages from chapter 34.
If you want to continue from the manga, just ignore episode 12 from the anime and continue from the last page of chapter 31 (Episode 12 seems to be of original scenes, and I think one of them is a scene from chapter 36, but that happens with different characters there).

Basically, about the changes:

The first three volumes (Chapters 1-17) have barely any changes, most of what's changed in on the latter 3 (18-32, but the anime doesn't cover 32).
Only major change from the first volumes that I can recall is that the scene at the hospital with Einhardt is anime original (The one about "Her needing to make new happier memories"). In the manga, she and Nove go to a police station instead.
For the latter 3, the order of the fights is HEAVILY rearranged.
Some extra information is also cut, like the structure of the tournament or Shante/Chantez talking about Vivio's strengths/weaknesses, among other things.
If you are curious about the changes/order, just start at chapter 18.
