Well Sugoi just posted that the production of season 03 has been green light, and if you follow anime leaks then you might know he's the most trusted Anime leaker on X, not sure when will they announce it tho, like Kaguya Sama season 4 was Green light ages ago but the production has still not started nor officially announce,

Yes. The first season adapted a bit more than 6 volumes and the second one should stop just before the end of the 13rd volume. In japanese version there are 21 volumes.
Moreover, even in the anime catches up the , the web novel already has more than 900 chapters and 11 arcs ( with 1 manga chapter ~= 1 web novel chapter ).
The third arc (that has just started last week in the anime and that is almost finished in the manga) would need three cours (after the end of season 2) to be fully adapted.
Arc 1 : 5 volumes (20 ep)
Arc 2 : 5 volumes (20 ep)
Arc 3 : 11-12 volumes (probably 40-50 ep)

If ever this third season is followed by another one, it might be an only 12-13 episodes season to conclude the 3rd arc and then there shall not be anything before a long time (in my opinion).

@kookool17 I didn´t know there was so much already. So S3 would be two cours and then S4 would be only one? I can live with that.

Did Makeine S2 has been leaked too or what?
It would be very surprising if they prioritise that over one of their most successful IPs like Kaguya Sama which hasn't got a sequel for 2,5 years I think

Makeine S2 is not even confirmed for production nor was it leaked. At the least for production it'll start when there's more volumes
