Since Season 4 is in the works and the trailer has announced last year a while ago, what's your favorite arc in this series? And what arc can you not wait for animated? And no spoiler for what's coming next or in the future, cause I'm anime only. So keep it sealed, Light Novel readers out there 🤫 but I know Bch is going to suffer greatly as I wanted with a smile in my face, can already tell it'll be one of the satisfying moments in anime and light novel history 😈

The entirety of season one was great but then both arcs of season two felt meh to me. The arcs for season three were pretty good though, I especially liked the parts where Naofumi was building up the village and helping the siblings.

As Long as the Sun, the moon, and the Earth exist, everything will be alright.

it's funny how people used to be like : " this anime glorifies slavery " and then you have S3 which is literally Naofumi saving slaves and caring for them in a village

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.

I watched this because Naofumi wasn't your everyday run of the mill isekai MC. He wouldn't take shit from others after he crossed that threshold with the 'bitch' incident. That's particularly what I loved about the entire S1. Come S2 and he's suddenly more mellowed out and I personally feel like there's less of a self development (if any) and more world development (hey am here for it but something just felt like they were thrown into your face) (Can't say I remember much of S2).. S1 Naofumi is 𝑰𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒄 (I hope they bring back that attitude). Need I say more?

It was definitely better than S2 but not on par wth S1. I had to go back and check and Glass was the best thing that happened to S2.. S3 is your typical side quest before the main quest unlocks. I wouldn't mind if they do away with all the other cardinal heroes. They have always been an eyesore. I prefer melty over them at this point coz she atleast has her priorities set in effing things up.. Some nice moments, not too big of a fan of the new character introductions. Sadeena was nice. Raphtalia's story looks promising so am looking forward to how it unfolds and of course the big battle against the Phoenix..

Book 15 (Phoenix Arc) and Book 16

Zeltoble Arc & Naofumi rebuilding the village are also my favourites

My most favourite, I'll say was naofumi rebuilding his name from nothing & the demon dragon arc in season 3

this would be amazing, unfortunately though i don't think it'll happen because of season 2's faults. hopefully with the visuals the studio has been giving us for season 3 will maintain for season 4, then carried to 5. Book 16 has the best material that can even surpass season 1

when you compare it to the original source, it's a piece of a shit. there were so many higher stakes when naofumi fought the spirit tortoise 1 on 1, different character motives, proper wrath shield sequences where he uses it against the turtle.

the fact that they didn't animate ANY OF THAT but decided to do its original route while following the same arc is crazy to me.

the anime is garbage.

@Rinrinka The Light Novel is still ongoing, it's now on Volume 23 this year, so the series did not fall off, since you're an anime only, that's what you felt like
