 A television anime adaptation of Kamio Fukuchi's Yowayowa Sensei (Yowayowa Teacher) manga was announced in the first issue of Weekly Shounen Magazine of 2025 on Wednesday. Fukuchi began drawing the shounen comedy manga in Weekly Shounen Magazine in November 2022, which reached its 100th chapter on Wednesday. Kodansha published the ninth volume on October 17, with the tenth volume set for a December 17 release. Synopsis When the new term starts, second-year student Abikura discovers that his homeroom teacher is none other than Hiyori Hiwamura, infamously known as "Scary-Scary Sensei," a woman rumored to curse anyone who crosses her. But one day, Abikura accidentally witnesses a completely unexpected side of his fearsome teacher after school. The striking contrast between her fearsome image and her hidden personality is utterly irresistible! Brace yourself for Gap Moe overload in this tender romantic comedy that's sure to ignite your protective instincts!
