Hope Kai knows what he's doing. It seems this show has bigger plans for him.

Not sure how I feel about Ouno but seems he's been playing and going with the flow. It'll depend on how much the Emperor can influence their world again.

I found this one pretty engaging, Raion playing the Emperor like a fiddle and infiltrating the Queen’s hideout was pretty cool, I’m surprised he got in there so easily too, I guess the Emperor has that much faith in his rights. Kinda upsetting tho to see the Emperor is basically just a lonely kid, this is the person responsible for countless deaths, the creator of Tasuuketsu, we even saw him blast a girl’s head off in this same episode lol, but beneath it all he’s just a kid, I kinda like this new layer to his character, he’s no longer just the big bad and nothing else, but don’t get me wrong, he still absolutely deserves to pay for what he’s done.

There was also that new guy Kai, rip his girlfriend but he did just crush those dudes, can’t say I feel too bad for him lol, but now he’s forced to work with the emperor so that’s cool. And it looks like Raion is still sus of Yagihashi, that’s fine and all but he is the reason Saneatsu and Saaya aren’t perma dead, it’ll be pretty bad if he’s actually a villain lol.

Welp, with the resurrection of the Emperor, he's truly a force to be reckoned with under Kisaragi's control, and Yagihashi and Sano find themselves on the losing end. Sending the appropriate people his way is the only way to deal with him with the least negation, and that's where both Raion and Ryuta come in under Sano's command to face him head-on, with the liability of Raion originating from the Camp being the biggest benefactor.

The Emperor blindingly agreeing with Raion with his Negotation Right, the latter surely picked up nuances that are quite beneficial as intel against him, but it all depends on how Kisaragi acts that will depict victory or defeat facing her, straight on. But fully depending on Raion will never ensure their success, so the backup plan to act if things happen otherwise, it's do or die. Raion being in the enemy's camp as a spy playing double duty is a game of wits, and Ren secretly engaging with Ebina and Hirayama to ensure Kisaragi and Seraphiel's defeat, it's quite the intricate plan. At the same time, Raion being conflicted by the Emperor definitely shows the weakness if he concedes to the plan, but his information is sure precedence that it's the puzzle pieces that Yagihashi knows how to deal with his cousin.

To have this episode make the show for its awful run, it's long overdue.
