| Third anime so far this season that had me watching a fight that people or a person loses, then the hero MC comes to save them, I wish they change it up some. The Black Rose Spirit was pretty tough and didn't back down, she did lose heart toward the end when they were over powering her, but she fought valiantly and bravely. |
Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.  |
| Flower commits flower genocide and almost kills best flower until Dragon, er, Human saves the day. 2 things that specifically annoyed me: -Them spending so much time talking when a major invasion is happening -Her not choosing to retreat when up against her direct counter I assume it's not easy to destroy the gate, as would think that's priority #1 |

| Good to se they become friends with the Elves pretty quickly. I like that Dolan is ready to use his dragon powers if push comes to shove regardless of what happens to him. Diadora put up a good fight, thankfully Dolan to the rescue. |

| I'm not sure where Diadora came from but she came in the nick of time as the big demon guy Geolude was about to kill one of the elves and then she got saved by Dolan. These demon knights have interesting designs including Raflasia and I'm looking forward to seeing how Dolan and the gang counter them. |
| Nice battle. Btw, Rose Spirit = The Black Lady (young woman) ??? = The Red Loli? (little girl) Interesting episode. Looks like the story is going well. I can't wait to see what MC will do. P.S. Using arrows against metallic armoured enemies... lmao 🤣🤣🤣 These "elves" are too outdated. Decent animation.  |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
| wow that battle scene in the elf's village is a fucking drag, so much talking. it's one thing if the rose witch actually wants to stall time waiting for reinforcement but since it's never mentioned, it gets tedious. also kinda dumb that after knowing her attack is pretty much fully countered, the best she can do is scratching the red girl's face. geez |

That's why she keeps attacking. She tried various attacks until she realized that making her attacks layered worked. |

| Interesting, the Elves are actually sorta reasonable. Last episode end made them look like they view Dragondude and Lamia as enemies at first sight. But the beginning of this episode they thanked the party for helping the fairy. Tho they still did question Dragondude for "coming to the forest"... which was actually part of the village's idea, and I was sure the village had hunters for the other "game meat" like the Boar lil'Lamia hunted before... so why are the Wood Elves saying, "the Forest belong to us, everyone should get out"... it's not like the village is new too... it's been there for years from the looks of it. Also, what's interesting here is... the adult elf acted pretty much the same exact way the adult village human did toward lil'Lamia, and both pretty much changed view after their kids was involved. (as kids aren't fully taught to view certain monsters as evil yet, so they're more true to seeing who's good and evil) . That was an interesting fight between the "Flower Spirits". And Dragondude arrive in the nick-of-time, with the Flower going "hu-human?" But the Demons seems to instinctly knew what had arrived, LOL . Monster Chart of what this series' world view them as: Good: Taurans (delicious milk), Fairies, Elves, Nekomini Evil: Dragons, Bears, Lamias, Chimera, Demon Ants, Horned Ape, Spotted Spiders, Demons (in general) Neutral: livestock (regular cows, pigs), Arachne, Dryad (Flower Spirits) Trend? 80%+ Humanoids = Good : : : half or full animals = Evil, size are not specially considered, mostly body features |
