The Fable was definitely not as bad as Blue Lock that's for sure. It's also from Tezuka so the limited animation was expected.
As Long as the Sun, the moon, and the Earth exist, everything will be alright.

fables animation wasnt all that bad, sometimes it heightened the shows comedy aspect

The Fable wasn’t really a motion comic. It at least had animation, albeit limited. Blue Lock is much more moving PNGs with occasional spurts of character animation. When characters needed to move in The Fable, they did move lol.
