| This actually has an interesting premise imo mixing adventure and fantasy elements. Ichiyou is the one to keep an eye on as this show seems to put a huge responsiblity on his shoulders. Tenkou and Kaka are also introduced although they seem less mature compared to Ichiyiou. But yeah, I think it has some promise for what it set up so far. Setting seems interesting too with the story lore. |

| Mangaka Shinobu Takayama's series is quite the old-school work that debuted back in 2008, and the anime coming out 16 years later, Typhoon Graphics giving the old-school (but cheap) animation sure is telling, aside from its clear Shoujo target audience. MADKID's OP is not the OP I expect for this show, but it's OK. Hikaru Makishima's ED hits that old-school feeling as well. The prologue of the fantasy world with gods the looks of Ikemen from the playful Tenko to the serious Ichiyo, as well as the child of Kaka, they're all just goons acting their usual selves until Kaka gets triggered and turns into a monster because of Tenko's friend's jealousy, and with some magic of his own, manages to turn both the friend's bull familiar and Kaka back to normal with the help of Ichiyo. But it's clear that things are just only on the horizon... Be aware if you want to watch this show, it's not on CR nor HIDIVE, but on It's Anime on YouTube or Muse Asia. This is not turning out to be the adaptation that's from the manga, if you skip Chapter 1 and start from Ch 2. |

| So I lost subtitles at 19:12, but that's fine. 4/5, issues mainly being: -I don't care for the opening (or ending) -Meanies :c -There is no need to be violent! Q_Q I look forward to seeing more of this, it's more desirable to me than some other things I'm watching, but doesn't feel special either. My brain was thinking "trash nanbaka" (love nanbaka) with gods and contracts and such. We got a couple cute guys and a extra-chibi woman/girl. |

| I'd give it a chance if I had a guarantee that each episode would be fully subbed. They cut out a little more than halfway. I don't even know who the last 2 characters to show were. That was disappointing. Maybe a better subber will pick it up in time. |

| It does say josei, but I see where people are coming from calling this shoujo with the hyperactive tropey characters that would fit in Hypnosis Mic. It didn't make a good impression, but the world has enough going on for me to see if there's anything now that we're done establishing the characters. One more episode, at least. |

| Not a great first episode but I'll give it a second episode.. The lack of English subtitles for the last few minutes was annoying. I'd have liked subtitles for the intro of the two men at the end speaking to Ichiyo, I'm not sure if I fully understood what they were saying;; There's a lot I want to watch this season so I don't know if it's worth me making time for this one. |

| I think there's potential, but the decision-making from Ichiyou isn't the greatest. Why'd he give his Sai away if that's where the contract is? I'll give it another episode or two to see where it develops. |

| Feels like an isekai-pokemon theme. (still, just a fantasy) But they call the creatures who are similar to pokemon as g*ds? huh? are they insane? (They're definitely losing their screws nowadays if they can't imagine something better than linking it to the g-word—which is blasphemy, pokemon—copycat, seal—seriously?, etc. and expecting others to be baited by using those terms) Now, we get a Seal instead of Capture. Then, instead of Evolving, they Devolving? or downgrade to cute things after being Sealed... (then, what? another cute program to create plushies will be sold afterwards...?) and you need to dance... lols Yup, they're losing it. In the name of money... The concept was good enough for me, but another twist of pokemon with other things added? dropped. |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
