| Oh no bro… the ending of this one was most foul, very fucked up way to go. Maybe just stick to working out if you want to lose weight lol, and definitely don’t take things from creepy old women talking about mushrooms. Not the most spooky episode but certainly a good one for body horror, freaky stuff. |

| Man, my mom buys random stuff like this all the time as of recently, and I keep telling her to look up things before she ingests them but I don't think she does. Now she has all these drinks and weird supplements and I'm just telling her to eat well instead, but she gets sold by all these instagram people and it seems like that's her "research". Even if I tell her that instagram and Youtube influencers aren't actually looking out for her best interest and aren't actually a credible source, she still just buys a bunch of stuff. This reminded me of that, so it kinda gave me the weirdest feeling. Oof.;; Meanwhile, I could just worry about myself since I'm in the mycological society as an amateur mycologist. I mostly just absorb information for now, so I wouldn't be surprised if I'd get roped into a drink like this.;; I did buy some mushroom miso at the last mushroom festival, but I haven't become a mushroom log, thankfully. But yeah, just one of those episodes that hit a little close. lol |
