I've rewatched it, and it still gives the same experience as when I watched it the first time—all those tears and thought-provoking statements. In this time, where some people lack the ability to critically think because of fried attention spans and such, it’s a good thing it was serialized and published on 1989. 10/10. What's your rewatch value?

Nah. I think the intrique is with finding out about the aliens and what they do. Plus a little bit about MC's and Migi's connection.

Now that I know all the answers already, I don't feel like the Show would be equally entertaining, the second time around.

Maybe some clips, but that's about it, for me^^

I don't think the rewatch value is fundamentally better or worse than most other shows, but it is one of my favorite shows ever so I have rewatched it many times

In the website, go to the anime page you want to put as rewatched, click on "Edit Details" and there you will find "Total Times Re-watched Series"

I've rewatched this 1 time I think? It's definitely a good series and I will probably watch it again someday. I might pick up the manga this time around though.

I wouldn’t say it has “rewatch value”, because that’s implying it gets better the second time watching due to the information you were able to gather about the characters and plot your first go around. Attack On Titan is a good example.

BUT, I will say it’s a near masterpiece of an anime and I do feel somewhat the same thrill I had watching it the first time as a kid. If that’s what you mean by rewatch value, then sure. It has a lot of it if you watch it every few months to a year.

shows like these and death note literally evoked a feeling to question human morals that we have set as a new organism migi found humans the most confusing as they call someone monster who kills but they are the one killing for no specific reason or for their own satisfaction unlike other species which they do for survival death note ask a similar question is it right to kill someone who commit crime hm.. there is a lot to say nevertheless an YouTube video titled the beauty and madness of parasite ,if you love this anime you should literally give it a try.

@Jk_m I saw the whole thing in only 2 days. The series is really catching thanks to the way the protagonist duo develop in the narrative, and that lead to diverse and fascinating reflections.
