| Finally, T.P Bon is back! I've been waiting for this. Ngl, wasn't expecting the OP and ED to change. The songs are the same but the animation was updated. The OP with the new girl taking Ream's place and the ED with Bon's new uniform. I'm a bit surprised that Yumeko out of all people became Bon's new assistant. While watching Season 1 I never got the idea that she'd become a time patrol agent herself. I'm still gonna miss Ream. But at least Bon won't be alone anymore. And Buyoyon is there with them instead of being with Ream for some reason. I watched Doraemon Movie 36 New Nobita and the Birth of Japan today which actually featured T.P Bon characters so it already spoiled this for me. But it was still a surprise to see it here. Anyway, Bon became a proper time patrol officer in this episode. But he still made a ton of mistakes. Maybe the Time Patrol agency should stop hiring kids. Or at least not the dumb ones. Maybe Yumeko joining him as an assistant was a good thing after all. She seems way more capable than Bon. I also liked the small scene from the Egypt episode. That was probably one of my favorite episodes. Looking forward to seeing what Season 2 has in store next. |
| It was a bit frustrating to see Bon break the rules so easily! I kept thinking to myself "What about the Forgetter, Bon??" but at least it all seems to have worked out in the end. It'll take some time for me to get used to Yumiko. I liked Ream a lot. |
