Akio Ootsuka as Strong the Budo is a great choice!
His father also voiced a character from one of the Kinnikuman movies.

Kenji Nojima was already part of Kinnikuman Nisei/"Ultimate Muscle" and voiced Jade/"Jaeger".

I can't say much about the rest. But I really, really, really hope that Grim Reaper will be voiced by Ryusei Nakao.

I guess it's nice that they're doing "Episode 0" to catch people up to speed, but I wonder if one episode is really enough to truly recap all the previous events.

Ik this is early but I got some suggestions for the Omega Centauri Six Spear's Voice Actors

Masakazu Morita (White Ichigo style) as Hailman

Takehito Koyasu as Omegaman Aristera

Hidekatsu Shibata as Gear Master

Kentaro Ito as Lunk Knight

Kenjiro Tsuda as Mariquitaman

and Akio Otsuka as Pirateman

These are just my suggestions since I read the manga in their voices

I don't think he will be voicing two characters. Kamiya is an exception, because he was Kinnikuman.
