Pluto was truly emotional and awe-inspiring.. I never thought a Netflix anime would actually be this good.

It being on Netflix has nothing to do with it. There's all kinds of hits and misses there, just like with any other platform.

Having said that, yeah, this show is a Masterpiece in every regard. I finished it in one sitting; it was just that good. The ending kinda fell flat compared to everything that preceded it, but it wasn't bad, it just wasn't as good as the rest, which was a very high bar to begin with.

Ah ok, good to know. You had me worried there with that unorthodox choice to not segue the conversation. Have a good one then. Cheers.

Well said, mate. It was a masterpiece regardless of side factors. Netflix simply handled distribution but it went a long way.

Just woke up half an hour ago because I was watching this series all night until I completed it. It was truly something. It was absolutely beautiful & awesome in every aspect.

It was a nice change of pace to see something like PLUTO which didn't feel like an Anime.

To be fair the quality of Netflix produced series is so inconsistent seeing their logo means absolutely nothing to me.
Could be good, could be shit, could be anything in between.

@Theo1899 It wasn't produced by netflix, they only license it. They literally have nothing to do with the show other than stream it.

Totally agree with everyone here. Pluto was amazing in every aspect, from the story to the animation style! It’s rare to see an anime that's this emotionally engaging. It’s cool that Netflix licensed it, but credit goes to the creators for making something so powerful. Just like following live gold prices in Qatar, you can feel the value of each moment in Pluto—it’s more than just another anime; it really has that unique storytelling touch!

@targetedwork

strange reasson to make an account and the credit actually goes to the manga creator if we are talking about the story

Naoki Urasawa loosely bases his narrations on real world events. Have to wonder how deep he is in the secret society.
When someone asks me why I like anime, I'd say Just Because.
