| This Zweig guy turns out to be a decent guy. This powerful merchant supports him too. Hmm, so Cleo is planning to live out his life in peace. Is this what Kohaku wants too though? Doesn't make much sense to save someone and spend 108 years guarding them so they live peacefully in some farm and then die of old age. I think it makes sense if the guy turns into some OP demon if killed or something, hence why Kohaku went to such length to resurrect him. Either this or Kohaku wants him to stay away from fighting so he doesn't become menace to the world perhaps??? Just like how Helck was a walking nuke who could have destroyed the world, but Vamirio saved him. Could this manga have the same plotline perhaps? Think it would still be interesting if Cleo is the one who she foresaw would destroy the world, thus she does all she can to give him a peaceful life so he doesn't walk dark path. |
