I've observed that most of the manga ends when the anime adaptation reaches at S2 or S3 (more or less).

Rent a girlfriend reached at S3. Is the manga near to the ending?

Short answer: No.
Long answer: Hahahaha.
S3 is currently adapting Movie Arc (That will be pretty much all of S3) with an, all things considered, a good ending for this Arc, which is around Chapters 150-160.
Manga is currently in Chapter 290+.
Considering this is insanely popular, do not be surprised if it gets a full adaptation so we would need like 3 seasons more just to catch up the manga. So no, we are not even close to the endgame.

Yes. 158 out of 238 chapters were covered in season 2 and it'll cover the remaining chapters in season 3. This will most likely be the last season.

Damn!😂 I think girls of this show making it go on it so far! but still writer is streching it too much, a time will come where manga readers will also get bored out of it .

Nope. Season 2 ended at Ch-103 and the manga is currently on 290ish chapter.
