It's literally impossible to forget your glasses so many times consecutively. I wear glasses too and I can count with 1 hand how many times I forgot my glasses in 20 years of my life.

well we see she has them in one episode but decides to take them off because of Komura so she might leave them on purpose to spend more time with him and saying it's an accident to not look suspicious. she could also be leaving them to get into the habit of using her contacts which she could be forgetting but I think its the first one. plus there's no plot if she always remembers.

Note: I don’t lazily watch 3-5 episodes, biasedly compare to other anime, or unfairly judge by surface level similarities. With every anime I start, I watch the entire series, both Japanese Sub & English Dub, then judge each anime based on what they present, to give an honest and fair rating.

In the manga, I'm pretty sure she's just forgetful af but eventually she sometimes chooses to forget them because she likes his attention I think? Where the anime is rn I'm pretty sure she is actually forgetting them

ive read the manga way before the anime started, at first mie really was forgetting her glasses but not on purpose, but as her feeling developed, shes kinda forgetting it on purpose so komura would take care of her.
