| Episode literally answers that explicitly... I used to live right next to the school when I was a kid too, and would sometimes forget my glasses because I only wore them in class. Of course, things are exaggerated here because it's a damn show. |

There are more than answers of it . She had FRIENDS She lived close to school She had myopia not like she was blind, reading words written on paper and seeing big objects while walking are very much different. |

| As someone who has eyesight probably just as bad as Mie, We aren't blind LOL. It's wicked blurry sure, but you can still make out vague shapes of things, and if you do the route every day, you can fumble through it. I may not be able to see your face from afar, but I can still tell there is a person there. |
