| Man I knew something had to be off because the “duke” was talking wayyy too crazy to the future queen lmao. I guess Leo kinda knew from the start and wanted to see how far things progressed, but even just the idea of shit talking the king’s wife in front of him, even as a bit is crazy. Making her leave the room to eat etc. Anubis getting on my nerves as well tho. Dude talks so much shit about being loyal to the king and he’s trying to go behind his back and find a replacement for Sariphi all the while. Sariphi looked gorgeous in her formal dress, tho. She’s really embraced this role and doing a great job. |

| well knew something was up with the servant duke situation also we get to see the past its still enjoyable but i wonder can they keep this up for another 16 episode yes we are one third of the end |

| does anubis like,,,have Feelings for leo? i ask this because in the preview he says "my king". there's also that part where jormungand says to anubis "wouldn't you not approve of anyone he[the king] chose?" which to me implies anubis maybe has feelings for leo and jormungand knows about them? perhaps the whole reason he's doing all this is simply because he's jealous of sariphi. he wants the king all to himself and doesn't like that she was so quickly able to win him over and be declared the future queen when anubis has spent basically his whole life with leo. |

| Someone who desires Sariphi's attention, and it has to be the Sea God, Duke Galois of Istan, the beast that vehemently hates humans. Rather than it being pulled from Chancellor Anubis's plot, having someone else be her downfall would be a much better proposition to his original plan. And despite Leo not having seen him before, Sariphi would promise him her best hospitality, welcoming the Ichthyans to the palace. Galois thinking that having a human queen is a joke in the world of beasts, and Sariphi definitely felt the heat, but processed it gracefully by playing host to him, even if it meant bearing the brunt of his insults and barring Leo's retaliation. As expected, Leo thinks the same way, but it's Sariphi that'll carry it forward, and that might've been Leo's first genuine kiss towards her, saying that it'll be alright. Duke Galois continues his stance by having his Ichthyan servant dance with Sariphi, the dance goes with the cautionary warning of the thorny road ahead, but Sariphi has already made her choice, and I've gotta admit that it's a good sight watching them both dance together. And despite the grandpa being despised and humiliated by Galois, Sariphi chooses to protect him and sacrifice her position as future queen, and she'll go her lengths to even criticize Galois...the fake one, that is. The TRUE grandpa making this visit as a test of Leo's craziness to accept a human queen, and his shark servant Joz feels the pressure, but above all, while Sariphi had fun, Leo's ultimatum for the land of Istan and Ichthyans to swear allegiance to him, it's a win-win solution. Leo's last request to Sariphi: his own private dance with her, and this is truly The Beuaty and the Beast-like kind of fashion. |

| Another situation Sariphi handled with flying colors. Anubis will have to act more straught forward if he wants to get rid of her. A serious assassination plot maybe, but I don't see this series going down such a serious route. I wouldn't put it past him tho. If he genuinely thinks it's for the best he might consider it. |

| The fact that Sariphi wants to endure all these people not accepting her and having more hardships everyday is really stupid...she could've taken Ilya and I bet she would be living happily in some countryside with him and be worry free but no...Ilya better appear again and I think Anubis is interesting lmao, he really want's to get rid of Sariphi but continously fails lol |

| The pacing is really poor. I find myself seeking fwd. On many segments. As you can easily tell how a monologue will go. Seems to be filler outside of a few episodes with new new characters introduced. Those are good. (This) |
