There is nothing like this. Maybe, Weathering with you. This is a very Unique anime. You should watch "March comes like a lion" if you want to watch Slice of LIFE.

try welcome to nhk but it doesn't give the same vibe as after rain but it is the first anime that comes to my mind if you ask some recommendations similar to it

Idk why ppl hate it, well ik why but it was wholesome and fun to watch, and he said he will wait for her to be 18 and stuff which is legal and mature thing to do, and she had some self restrain trought whole anime.

yeah exactly, its just an anime as well! Yamada-kun is currently on and she is older than the guy (I believe he is just under 18), but people are loving it (ofc it's not such a wide age gap)

Yamada yea well its okay age gap, for anime i cant rate it yet cuz its slow but i have feelin it will have that buildup that will overcome our expectations, grand finale, final few ep could be more than i hoped for. Slow but worth it.
