Did you enjoy the Eva soundtrack?
| Personally, I love the music in Evangelion. I think it's perfectly varied and fits the series to a tee. Of course, the OP is among the most famous in all of anime, but what about the other music? The weird music that played when Shinji's inner-thoughts were being explored. End of Evangelion had amazing music, too. Komm, Susser Tod is an enormously powerful song! What do you think? :) |
| Komm, süsser tod is an amazing song indeed! I don't think anything would quite have captured the feel of the Third Impact as that one. Contrasts are powerful devices to tell stories with. Sagisu Shirou's best soundtrack yet; definitely better than his somewhat unstable Bleach tracks (although some there are pretty amazing). I bought one of the OSTs, and that's quite something - I very seldomly buy CDs. The acoustic, upbeat version of A Cruel Angels Thesis they play in episode 26 always makes me happy. |

| Well, I can say, that the soundtrack is just in place, the perfect music for every scene. And it's not bad, only it's a bit slow :). And Comm, Susser Todd from EoE is my favorite Eva song :). |

Yep, I absolutely love that track. It's called "The Heady Feeling of Victory" or something, right? I had lost all hope of finding an MP with that music until I discovered it on my copy of the third OST :D |

The Rei music is especially great, I think. Rei II is my favourite of them all :) They're just so atmospheric and unique as pieces of music and they are applied well in the series. |
| I like "The Birthday of Rei Ayanami" album as it is dedicated to Rei specifically (one of my favorite characters)! And of course it features the version of "Cruel Angel's Thesis" by Megumi Hayashibara! \(^^)/ |
| I adore 'Komm süßer Tod' and so I'm proud to say that I'm in possession of the End of Evangelion Soundtrack. Also I've got the 'Decade - 10th Anniversary'-cd. Awesome. I like the 10th Anniversary Version of Cruel Angel's Thesis a lot ^^ |

| Since u all exalt it so much, I guess I'll have to get it. Right now, I got only OP - "Cruel Angel's Thesis" which is one of my favourite opening music :) And I'm looking for that piano version that was played in last ep. Anybody knows where I can get it? |
