I don't agree, chapter 63 is huge and volume 11 is basically two episodes materialwise and establishes a lot in terms of lore and characters which can definitely be padded or expanded. With the first chapter of volume 12 nearly complete I would say by the end of 2023 if he picks up the pace we'll have 6 episodes worth. So I would say in summer 2024 or fall/winter 2025? In 2021 he managed 5 chapters/year. Maybe I'm being too optimistic, time will tell. |

| As long as quality keeps consistent, I don't care how much time it takes, and animes like Abyss take a huge amount of time due to how out-of-the-box the designs are. I'm just happy the next seasons are getting confirmed. |
| When the author hears your plea and rushes the chapters and give us a terrible story and becomes a very bad sequel i expect you all not to cry and blame the horrors you guys committed by hatting on people that do what they love at their own pace. Good stories take time, as much as a good animation. |
