Probably the first time that no killing is a rule for shinobi. I still laugh every time I hear it.

haha i can understand switching to dub for this one because its not that good so maybe having to put in minimum effort makes it better!!

but brooo anime always get better with eng dub??? i mean to each their own but I've never heard anyone ever say that.

What I mean is something like Attack on Titan or Demon Slayer or Mushoku Tensei already has great writing and in no matter which language it’s voiced it’s still a great show but this one the characters are dull, the plot……well it has one so I guess that’s a plus so being in English improves the experience because of the lack of effort to consume.

Not the first time. There are numerous of animes which is better in dub lol. Cyberpunk edgerunners, Samurai Champloo, Cowboy Bebop are some of the prime example.

Ghibli movies also have excellent dub although there sub is equally good.

There's something about English dub, maybe its how are brains are wired, that we seem to get conveyed the emotions expressed in the words (and not just the tone, expression, but the words chosen) too, maybe thats lost if we listen to the Japanese version. Good job done by the English director, translators and voice actors.

! what "gets better" is your easiness to understanding it, (brain laziness) which is definitely different of "get better" on it's own.
i can tell you why, because I know 3 languages ( Spanish, Catalan, & English, still studying Nihongo...) so I've been compared all those languages... ( even WORSE, Latin American "Spanish" Vs Castilian (aka: Spanish from Spain -kind of "American Vs British / Australian" / whatever -african/Indian- region where have English as a main language too- ) and that's all. BRAIN LAZINESS !!
its easy to listening in your mother tongue language, than lose your attention of the show because u have to read subs.

I'he try my best with Chinese Animes, or Korean Drama... but I could NOT SWALLOW THEM AT ALL!!! ... any of them! all sounds REALLY HORRIBLE to my poor ears TT__TT

I grow up in a country where thanks to a Dictatorship, (Francisco Fanco) for 40 years ALL foreign movies /tv series HAVE TO PASS first Censorship, and then be COMPULSORY DUBBED into peninsular Spanish (aka Castilian) ...

So, I've to recognise that yes, in the last few years English Dubs have improve TONS too. V.A. are getting much more good at it, putting a lots more effort, and love in their jobs. to do a great service to the original.
... if do you not believe.... do it yourself, get an anime dubbed in the 80's -90's (possibly earliest 21 century) and compare with modern dubbed animes ( Like (Dragon Quest Original 1993 vs Dragon Quest remake 2020) ...
even being bilingual in my youngest years (I learn simultaneously Spanish and CATALAN) ... and grow watching mainly TV in the last... when after few years I've re-watched a movie/series in Spanish, it sound in general WORSE than the original (Brain Laziness, I call it) you grow up habituated to listening in one language (Dr Slump, Dragon Ball in Catalan), and when I swap to Spanish language for that same shows, it sound kind of strange... -in the best- when not completely WRONG !!!
