| Honestly, I wouldn't even be watching this slop at this point if I didn't love the original series. Only someone with irrational distaste for the police would describe a setting where they're as incompetent that they can't catch high profile criminals with identities known to the public and even shown on cameras, while also trying to apprehend a couple of civilians who aren't even technically fighting the criminals (yet anyway). So they can act in a preventative manner but only against honest people? And what about Yuri? He sat on his ass when Fugan and Mugan were putting the public at risk, and even berated the Heroes for giving up so easily when their badges were taken away, but he didn't do anything either during this time of crisis until his mother became a victim? What a character assassination. And don't even get me started with the coincidences working in favour of the main characters, the criminals pass them by just as they see the broadcast? 🙄 |
