And so the manga stops at literally the first interesting plotpoint of the whole story. I wondered how the author planned to solve this predicament. I guess putting the manga on hiatus indefinitely is a solution.

| @abystoma2 That's the point, to explain that it was "fake" would be an ass pull. 😭 Last I checked the author is not named Kafka and the character in not called Dazai and this is not a supernatural setting. |

| @LyLord It could not be an asspull depending on how the explanation is, well, explained. There are authors who could absolutely pull this off, like I could see NisiOisiN executing a plot point like that flawlessly for example. |
