Episode 23 will be released on August 4th (Thursday) at midnight Fuji TV, making the total of delays rise to five times (yes, you read that right, five times). It's beginning to feel like a three cour series at this point. I think exhaustion levels need to be checked regularly here, with the amount of hard work that's put into this series.

sheeeesh, im assuming this anime is just a secondary job for them and they don't give it much effort, still tho they must be busy to keep delaying a 2.5 minutes animation which turns into like 1 minute with the opening

This show's finished airing. All 24 episodes have aired on some Chinese web service or whatever. They're easily torrentable on funny cat site. The staff finished production just fine, Aoi Yuuki fully voiced the show just fine, it's done. It's over.

But because it's getting delayed on other sources and Crunchyroll in particular, MAL is insistent that it's "currently airing" - so any time I mark it as completed it gets autoset back to watching after a few hours. Which is incredibly obnoxious since I've seen all 24 episodes of the show.

I don't know which is more enjoyable: the show itself, or the fact that you're getting so incredibly butthurt about a short anime that, according to what you've said, you don't even care about (psst, it's also made by a studio that hasn't ever made an anime by itself, and has all voices and sound effects done by a single person), getting delayed.
