What's up with the score?

The score hasn't changed since the film released. On the website it only says there is a one 8 star score and on the app it says there is only a single 10 star score. Will it update soon and why isn't it updating?

Before anyone mentions, yes I understand that scores aren't particularly important and shouldn't dictate ones views on a show. However, I do imagine some people might see the score and be put off watching the film which would be a great shame since I personally found it to be utterly beautiful and would hate for someone to miss this show if they would be someone who would have enjoyed it even a fraction of how much I did. So I think it is somewhat important for the accurate scores to be displayed.

People seem to be misunderstanding this thread. I'm not interested in what anyone opinions are on the quality of the show, I'm asking why the stats aren't showing and the score isn't updating. Make your own thread or use another if you want to discuss how you felt about it.

i was super hyped but it has its faults, parkour does not well go well with the story, every character design other than catgirl is.. weird and out of place and the characters/background are way too contrasting, bland

I'm not asking for your opinion but I'm inquiring as to why the score hasn't updated. If you think that's an accurate reflection of the score and its just a coincidence that its been the same since it released and the stats aren't showing, then you can say so. Sorry if I wasn't clear.

I think the scores have glitched, nothing has updated since it released. I do not know if it is just me but I only see 1 person rating it a 10 and their are no other ratings

Where is this coming from? You must have seen the trailer with Eve if you were hyped. Everything about those critiques should have very noticeable in the trailer.

yes i understand u and i do believe it is atleast an 8 scored anime but ig lil by lil it will rise up, it's quiet beautiful very anesthetic

It was overhyped which is mainly why the score is low, other than that its really not even that bad, the story is about average quality in comparison to other anime movies as most of them have no depth, definitely doesn’t deserve the low score it has though

yeah I was thinking that too like the world's animation is beautiful but the actual characters design is bland and generic they look like they belong in another anime

Its mostly the production that is excellent but otherwise, the world-building and characters aren't fleshed out, romance is unnatural, etc/ basically, the script is lacking.

Well it’s fixed now. It was a beautiful movie but lacked any good story. If the movie was longer it could probably have flushed it out better.

The right mindset when watching an anime is hoping that it will break your top 10

I checked the stats for the film, and it says 2,833 people rated it a 10, and 6,968 people rated it an 8. Maybe it's just bugging out for you?

The stats are showing now but they hadn’t been for a while. Seems like I wasn’t the only one with the issues.

It's well deserved. Animation wise it's splendid. Story wise, they only explain the banal plot points and don't explain anything else.
Is it only a love story? Boh.
Also, characters were flat (one of the main problems I have with movies is not enough time to explore things, they throw in generic stuffs at random).
Ost is great but it's overused
Plot's unique but it ain't as interesting.
One thing for sure, it was entertaining from beginning till the end

I was discussing a bug on the website that wasn’t showing the statistics for the score or updating it. This is no longer a problem. I’m dumbfounded by people who seem to lack the ability to read and comment something utterly meaningless to the conversation.
